Every order begins its journey from our little workshop here in Sherwood, Oregon. We ship anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Most weekday orders are pulled and shipped within 24 hours; weekend orders head out on Monday. Holiday schedules may slow things slightly, and if we’re away at a show or taking a short break, we’ll always place a note on our homepage so you know what to expect.
Packages travel by USPS Ground Advantage, a steady and reliable service that typically reaches Oregon addresses in about three days, and most other states in about five. These aren’t guaranteed timelines, but they reflect the rhythm we see most often.

Local Pickup (Sherwood, Oregon)
For those nearby, we offer local pickup from our workshop tucked among the trees here in Sherwood. When your order is ready, we’ll send an email with our address, simple directions, and your pickup window.
We generally offer a two‑day window—the day we pull your order and the following day—between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This gives you plenty of time to swing by while keeping things flowing smoothly in our workspace.
Because our workshop is located on our private property, all pickups must be scheduled in advance, and we only share the address once your pickup time is confirmed. Your order will be waiting for you on our covered picnic table, ready for a quick and easy pickup at your convenience.
