Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 for all orders.
 
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know when it's available for pick up and give you directions. If you would like to get it sooner please call us at 503-610-1252 (office) to make arrangements.  
 
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, we will send you your tracking number once it has been mailed. 
 
Q: I am having troubles ordering online, what do I do?
A:  Please give us a call at 503-610-1252 and someone can help you.
 
Q: Is it safe to order on your website?
A: Yes, we do not keep any of your information in our system so it is very secure.  We like it that way. 
 
Q: I do not like to order online, can I order over the phone?
A: Yes, feel free to call us at 503-610-1252 (office) to place your order.  We are happy to talk in person with our customers.  
 
Q: What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
A: If you receive your package with a leaky bottle or damaged product that affects the intended use, please email us at info@oregonrainsoap.com or call us at 503-610-1252 (office) M-F from 7am - 4pm PST.  Let us know your name, order # and the damaged or defective item(s) you received.  We will do our best to make it right.  
 
Q: What is glucono delta lactone and sodium benzoate? And what are they used for in your lotions?
A: Glucono delta lactone (GDL) is a natural preservative used to inhibit microbial bacteria in our lotions. Sodium benzoate is also a preservative that works with the GDL to inhibit mold growth.
