Returns Policy: 

We guarantee our products. If you are in any way unsatisfied with our products please contact us at 503-610-1252 or email us at info@oregonrainsoap.com.

Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with an identical item. We will not accept any return items without prior authorization. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

Product exchange Policy: We are happy to exchange any item, however, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Damage Claims: Inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. All product concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Product will only be accepted if prior notification and approval has been obtained from us. Product must be returned to us in original packaging.

Disclaimer: Since we hand make and hand pour each batch of soap, each batch may differ slightly in color and may differ slightly in scent. We do our best to keep each batch consistent with the next and offer only the highest quality possible.
