Directions for Use:
Our essential oils are unadulterated which means they are 100% pure. Never use pure essential oils directly on skin without diluting it first.
Diffusion:
Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice (always follow the instructions of your particular diffuser) to freshen the air and energize the room.

Topical use:
Add 4 or 5 drops to 1 oz. of a base oil (such as sweet almond oil, canola or olive oil) for a skin rub or massage. Add 8—10 drops to a tub of warm water for a relaxing soak. Use on it’s own or mix with other essential oils. Never use pure essential oils directly on skin without diluting it first.
Mixes well with:
Geranium, Bergamot, Sweet Orange, Grapefruit, Cedarwood, Juniper or Lavender.
