Johnna created this cream to help relieve her back pain. She wanted a natural alternative to relieve her back pain to using over-the-counter medications. Since she is an educator she loves doing research and discovered that most pain is caused by inflammation either in the joints or muscles. She did extensive research on properties of oils and essential oils that help with inflammation since she knew she wasn't going to heal her back but just wanted relief. She then formulated her own recipe and tested it on herself. To her relief she found it worked wonders for her back pain, stress headaches, muscle aches and even helped with her newly found arthritis in her thumb. After sharing this with her family and friends for their aches and pains, it was quite a surprise how well it worked for everyone. She created this cream, not to cure anything or anyone, but just to offer an alternative to help relieve the pain naturally. We do not claim it will work for everything and everyone. However, if you find it doesn't work as a pain reliever for you it is also a wonderful moisturizing cream. Johnna uses it as a moisturizing cream as well. Why not? It's already on your hands!
CAUTION: Since it contains mint essential oils please avoid rubbing it near the eyes. Also avoid rubbing or applying on any open wounds. Contains mints which can cause a sting or burning sensation.
Directions: Massage or rub gently over painful joint or muscle 2 - 3 times a day to relieve pain or as needed. Use on muscles before and after a workout. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes to feel the relief.

works great
I rub this in just before bed and first thing in morning. Had a bad fall down stairs and landed on my feet upside down. So this helps relief some of the pain to let me get some sleep.
