I rub this in just before bed and first thing in morning. Had a bad fall down stairs and landed on my feet upside down. So this helps relief some of the pain to let me get some sleep.

This is my go to lotion if my joints are aching. I use it on my hands, knees, and hip joint. It makes all the difference in the world. I have purchased this for many of my friends too. And it is made right here in the USA .

Great Product !
I have used this product and it works great. My mother now uses it for treating and preventing leg cramps. My athletic children use it for sore muscles and I use it for both plus lotion for my dry hands.
